bO2 Corporate Essentials strives to deliver information products and services. Upon processing the payment for your 12-month subscription, you will receive notification via email with log-in & password details to access the website. Where applicable, you will receive the hard copy of your subscription via Australia post within 5-10 business days. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please apply for the cancellation within the first 7 days of your payment date. If you fail to apply for the refund and cancellation during this period, it shall void the 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are an existing bO2 subscriber, please make sure to apply for the cancellation anytime (at least 1 months notice) before the next renewal date. Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated or suspended for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 7 day money-back guarantee and will not receive any refunds. Requests to cancel accounts or the termination of your payment plan with us will result in the automatic deactivation of your account. Refunds will not be processed if a customer fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
